INSPIRATION
My travels and everyday life are constant sources of inspiration. This season's collection continues to be inspired by shape and form, with an emphasis on soft and fluid silhouettes. I used light and airy fabrics such as satin chiffon and lightly beaded tulle and net. Most importantly, I design the Vineyard collection with real women's bodies in mind. Silk and cotton faille are among my favorite fabrics because they are forgiving to a woman's curves and offer sweep and presence without overwhelming the body.

TRENDS
I feel bridal fashion is moving towards a softer and more relaxed look. Key trends include lighter fabrics and surprising details - like the pockets in my shirtdress gown, or a jeweled belt to add a little sparkle and define the waist. Fashion-forward gowns are designed in a range of sleek and modern silhouettes, from a fun and flirty short satin dress to a silk organza ball gown to long and lean columns. Accents include belted and embellished waistlines and borders.

TIPS & ADVICE
As always, I feel that all brides-to-be should keep an open mind and try on as many styles as possible to find "your" perfect dress. Explore various cuts, shapes, necklines, and fabrics to find the one gown that best embodies your unique style, shape and personality. On your wedding day, be yourself and your inner confidence will shine through.
